Missing notes

Could someone point out were I can find the following entries in the game:
Monique- page two,
The Shadow- page two,
And an entry between The Gloom and The Agents.

You got all the endings ?

For Monique you have to go in Ethan's appartements at the beggining of the level with the bridge
For the Shadow page 2, well, still a mystery to me, I'd like to know too,
For the missing entry you got it is called The Watchers (it's about the eyes you see here and there in the forest in the level with the church), I don't remember exactly where you get it, but there is a note about them, and I guess it's in the level where you head to Warren's house but not sure about it

Found Moniques page two: In her room, you will find a table with a sales document. Hard to find because it's behind the opened door
