Does beating higher difficulties unlock the lower achievements or should I just play it in order?
Title, basically. Beat game on story and did the survival achievements mostly, if I beat it on Insane does Easy-Extreme unlock or do I need to play each individually?

It unlocks the lower achievements too as far as I'm aware. I beat the game on Extreme and got all achievements below that.
