Ohhh god if your stuck on the first level imagine how hard will the army base be.
as for tips idk tbh maybe try crouching as much as possible when in gun fights since crouching makes you harder to hit. And also save the Ak 47 and nades you get for the police station. Use the pistol or shotgun on the chivies and the few cops that might try to stop you.

well im on marina now but i can say it is sorta easy you kinda just have to dodge and weave pretty much all hostiles

Like he said try to crouch and shoot in this position and shoot in the direction of the shots dont let them get in your field of view , in the army base dont let the tank be destroyed at least until you reach the last part in the last its best to run and scape then try to open way firing... its hard to give tips the game is pretty straight forward , in downtown you can hide in the bank to limit the space where the enemies come they can destroy the wall , but its better then be in the open...

You dont need to kill civilians all the timek you can do just the objectives, try to get as many checkpoints you can too , and dont use cars they re useless... The only car worth using is the swat armored truck...

Not sure if I remember correctly, but I remember this game's screen is kinda broken is it? Like, the screen are suppose to show you larger areas than what it is now. I remember there is a mod named Wide-screen fix in workshop, you should give it a try.

Boy... You better quit this game before it's too late. If "Home" is hard then "Army Base" is

The most useless weapon i think is the flamethrower you use it just for fun in the beginning but after this better drop that crap... Its make me feel like the parade in postal 2.

Yeah the m4 is the best rifle in the game cause in the endgame all enemys carry them XD
So theres not any reason to use anything else. Well maybe the rocket launcher for blowing up the humvees whenever you see them. Butttttttt i am guessing one bullet from them would be more then enough to kill you on insane mode lmao.
