Worst ice controls in any game ever. that aside i dont get the hate for this game. yes the characters are a bit cringey but theyre not as bad as my first impression

I feel like this game is very close to being good. There's a lot of times when I play it when I think this is actually a pretty good game. Then, about 10 minutes later I'll encounter something that'll make me think "what the hell were the devs thinking?"

I feel like this is the only sonic game that I know of, where you objectively don't want to go too fast because it'll hamper your game progress. As Sonic famously said "gotta go slow and careful!"

If you do play this game, I would recommend you to focus completely on the story / normal levels. Don't bother picking up red coins or more than 1 ring, it'll just cause you frustration.

I had heard really bad things about sonic lost world but its not even that bad. The only really bad thing is that sonic is so much slower then in other games.
