It's possible your autoexec.cfg file in your Tron 2.0 folder has become truncated/corrupt. Some control bindings are stored there, and sometimes if the game crashes or exits unexpectedly, the file ends up being corrupted.
A simple way to find out if the autoexec.cfg is corrupt in your case, is to load it into a text editor and do a search for "StrafeLeft". If it's not there, or that line looks corrupt, then you'll need to replace your autoexec.cfg with a default one that's complete.
To be safe, make a backup of your autoexec.cfg file in your Tron 2.0 folder first, then download the default file linked in this discussion post:

After replacing your autoexec.cfg file with the default one, you may have to rebind your controls once more. But at least they should all work again. Provided that the autoexec.cfg file is the culprit.
Thx for the advice. Good to know. Saw that somehow, the strafe works if I hold A while the level is loading. Such a weird game.
As for my comment about mods and patches, I didn't mean it to sound like that lol. I'm just saying that since I legally bought the game and didn't pirate it, I would want it to run out of the box, without fixes made by the community. My antivirus often detects patches and mods as false positives. I know older games behave like this, but it's frustrating how little effort goes into fixing compatibility issues here on Steam. Anyway cheers for the response. Should come useful. :)
