Fun game, worth the price.

Great free game, reminds me of old JRPGs like Dragon Quest. Definitely a good game.

Perfect little game to sink a few hours for a day or two just to scratch the itch of playing something after being a long time away from games.
Free (which is why I'm taking the time to review and provide value back to the devs.)
Has a progression
I did felt the need to carry different items and swap weapons for certain enemies so that was a nice touch in gameplay as it forces me to be smart with my inventory and have situational awareness at the same time.
Enjoyable, good lore, interesting/creative characters, good writing.


Suggestions:
1) The main quest line would be twice as good if it ended on a plot twist since the entire game is extremely linear. It's missing a bit of audacity from the creative team, they played too safe in my opinion.
2) Make use of the mechanics already implemented such as curse. I saw a debuff once at the start and never felt it afterwards, at least I didn't notice. Cursed/Bleeding/Burning/Wet/Slowed etc it seems you guys made moves that direction with item effects and HUD icons but it felt irrelevant.
3) Being able to swap items without the need for empty space in the inventory would've been optimal and compatible with the industry standard
