Moto Racer 2 - can't play (Win10)
MR1 run and play ok for me.
MR2 run\music play, but stuck immediately after run at some part of red-white picture, so i can move mouse cursor, but can't do anything (no menu buttons etc).

Any solution ?

I'm having this same problem - I tried switching the programs into compatibility mode and "run as administrator" and no luck. No problems with any of the other Moto Racer games in the collection.

Here's a fix for it, I've tried it and it works - though you'll have to download a community steam fix first:
