does this collection have Fun Fair and Sea of Sand?

Hi, you need to go to option then Data Disk, you will see all the tracks. But not these extra ones.

I'm looking for a way to add them without setup.exe on my windows 10 computer :-(

No, you just need to switch the data disk. No need to install anything.
