"16-bit mode required" fix for Windows 11.
I know, another post about the "16-bit more required" error for Moto Racer 1. But mine's a bit different. On my Windows 10 desktop PC, I followed Con-Rez's guide for MR1 and I managed to get the game working well enough. However, on my Windows 11 laptop, despite following the guide exactly and double/triple-checking everything, including installing and configuring dgVoodoo, the game just refuses to boot. I've even tried different compability modes, and still get the same "16-bit mode required" message, and even a message about having a disc in the drive when I attempted to run in XP compatibility.

Here's some of my laptop's specs. It's a Lenovo Ideapad 3:

Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz 2.42 GHz
Installed RAM 8.00 GB (7.79 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Considering I could get it working on 10 but not 11, I'm guessing it's the OS.
