hello fellow hardcore gamers. i'm replaying this game for nostalgia purposes and to complete it for the first time. as a kid, i never made it to cinderella's area and so i'm wholly unfamiliar with it. i just entered and i am trying to use my magic on jacque and gus, but it's not working. i tried to use it on other objects, and it doesn't seem to work on any other sparkling objects either. is this a glitch? how do i go about fixing it? thanks in advance :')...

Does anyone else know how to fix this issue? After the first cut scene, it turns black and I can't see. I've tried the Settings>Display>Graphics thing but it didn't help

As above. My girlfriend mentioned loving this game when she was younger and I wanted to surprise gift it to her, however she uses a MacBook and I just want to know whether the game is iOS compatible. Cheers.

I just bought this game and can't get it to run right. When I open it, the CD pops up and says that I will need to enter it once the game opens, but it never asks me for it. The opening cutscene runs fine, however once it gets to where I need to enter my name/customize my character, the whole screen is really dark, and I can't see anything. The outlines of things are there, but it all looks like shadows. Does anyone know how to fix this or is it a lost cause?...

i have a problem with the game , when i passed the part of the cinematic my screen watch dark , ¿can you help me on that ? thank you very much
