Hi, I've completed all 150 levels with Perfect scores. But I still have 3 cups that haven't been collected. I've tried replaying the Puzzle levels, but all I get are the stars again. I'm never asked if I want to try for a cup. So how do I get the 3 remaining cups? Thanks....

I had to get a new laptop and just finished setting everything up. In my Steam library, it seems I have to reinstall all my games, which is fine. Looking at Dracula, it shows my achievements (18) and my total hours (36) but when I try to play it I'm a "new" player at Level 1. I thought maybe it needed time to sync with the cloud but I'm still at Level 1 (my other steam games reinstalled to where I was at). Is there anything I can do to retrieve my game status? I was in the Bonus Levels. Help?...

I have emptied all the rooms of marbles except the "top" most one--my balloons are gone and I keep making matches with the marbles but more marbles keep raining down from the top and never let me empty the room, so I'm unable to complete the level. Help?

I have completed the Main Quest but when I try to open the Bonus level it remains locked and tells me to complete the Main Quest. I have replayed level 100 several times (and completed Level 10 puzzle and pearl levels) but I'm stuck. Am I missing something? Thanks for any help!...

So, how can I finish the scene with only 85% left and the main game is complete ... it's odd that the main game requires the collector's edition to complete. Also, it's gold that is my limiting factor. Am I required to do the unlockable puzzle levels paid with Pearls to get more money?...
