*Spoiler* Does this part give anyone else a headache/make them nauseous?
I love this game so much and would love to replay it again, but when I got to the Vortex Party I felt so ill. The flashing lights and loud thumping music gave me a headache and made me nauseous. I also imagine that it can give people with epilepsy a serious issue too. Is there any way to make this stage more bearable? I had to take shifts between just listening to the dialogue through my headphones because the lights bothered me and reading the text on the screen because the noise bothered me.

Sadly the most you tend to get with games when it features such content is a warning that it may feature such content.
Not to alarm you or anything but is there a chance you could have any form of light sensitive epilepsy? It wouldn't necessarily cause seisures, it can affect everyone differently. I'm just curious because I have a really big interest in psychology, mental health and especially epilepsy. Also, I'm not sure if it already does but if it doesn't then the beginning of the episode should definitely have an epilepsy warning.

So you are saying you have never been able to finish the game? Well that really sucks! :(

Anyway I thought you might like to find a LiS fan site with almost 2k members and chatroom always happening! http://lifeisstrangefans.com/

I know right? I wish they had a mode for light/sound sensitive people. The game, for the most part, doesn't give me any problems. It's not like I would be missing anything if there was a way to stop the lights flashing and music thumping.

I've never been diagnosed as such, but I may look into it. I've always had a problem with flashing lights, even though I've never had seizures. And yep, there's an epilepsy warning, but I stupidly dismissed it because I thought that was just standard with all games.

I was, thankfully. :steamhappy: I'd love to do another playthrough, but that part is gonna be a chore to get through. I mean, it won't be as bad this time because I know how to get through it but dang that convo with Victoria in the game was torture.
I was fine with it, but it absolutely TANKED my framerate.
I just got to this part of the game and it's borderline impossible to play through this segment with the egregious flashing lights. I suffer from a debilitating neurological disorder (chronic migraines) so flashing lights like these are an obvious trigger for me and I'm very disappointed there isn't an accessibility setting anywhere to turn it off.

I've enjoyed the game immensely up till this point. Very disappointed in the developers.
