It is a story based game and for the most part its writing is stellar. But oh my, the last hour is horrendous. It is not just a single twist that would ruin everything, but a ton of things either absolutely not making any sense or even contradicting the game's previously set logic. It is so odd, that game got from top-tier writing to bottom tier writing by the end. Gameplay-wise there are too many filler scenes there you do activities that last too long, I would not mind seeing all of those sections as 1min cutscenes instead. I really despise quick time events and this game has some of the worst and they are constant everywhere. It is not to be played for the gameplay, and its questionable story makes me barely recommend this. I do still say that for the most part I liked it. If they removed all the stupid QTE and completely changed the last hour this could have been a marvellous work.
