Does this game support controllers or did it get omitted in the porting process?

There is something wrong with the sensitivity or with the click timing on the quick time events - I need to swing my mouse really hard in the direction and spam click and it only works sometimes. Is it me or the actual game?

Running on Windows 10, the game loads to the point where I can choose which game I want to play (1 or 2), I select 1, the game selection screen disappears and then the game shuts itself down cleanly, no errors, nothing. I've tried the usual tricks, i.e. verifying game cache, running exe as administrator, no luck. Anyone else encounter this or have a suggestion?...
