Dear Captains,

if you lost an item (ship or other stuff) due to technical faults or bugs you can expect compensation.
If we can establish that you lost items due to a game bug, or technical fault by Game-Labs - you can get it replaced.

Examples of cases where we provide compensation

• Ship turned over and sank due to bug
  
• Ship was lost due to server crash/issues
  
• Ship data got corrupted and it became unusable
  
• Something really, really wrong or strange happened during the battle

How to report:

• Please fill in-game report via F11 during the battle or right after the battle and include as many details as possible: description of a bug and details of lost item.
  
  • in case it is a ship - wood type, installed upgrades, guns type
    
  • If you could not send a report during the battle or right after it, please still send the report once you are in the game and additionally include the timestamp the problem occurred.
• After that you can send in-game mail to character "Ink" or create a thread in the support section either in Steam or send a personal discord message to Ink on the official discord server[discord.gg]

Character deletion

• If you or your kids somehow deleted a character, we can provide one time compensation of 1 ship and 1 item that you lost and full experience reimbursement.
  
  • Please also send in-game report via F11 and include as many details as possible: character name, approximate date when it happened, ship and item you would like to be reimbursed.
    
  • After that you can send in-game mail to character "Ink" or create a thread in the support section either in Steam or send a personal discord message to Ink on the official discord server.

  • A player lost Essex frigate due to the capsize bug
    
    • Player have to report the case right away via F11 and provide following information:
      
      • Description, e.g.: I lost this Essex due to the capsize bug.
        
      • Essex details, e.g.: Essex, agile, 3 module slots, blue quality, Teak frame/Teak planking, port bonuses: G:2; S:2; H:2; C:2; M:1; 28x 18pd long guns; 12x 12pd long guns; British gunners; Navy Planking; Strong bow and stern.
