Not bad for killing time

Played this on mobile a while back. You build a fantasy roman-esque city complete with Black Centurions and monuments from around the world. It's ok to burn some time now and again, but make no mistake. This is a pay to win game if there ever was one. Every single thing is monetized and has a price tag on it. The game constantly reminds you on this as well with pop up deals. Everything you'd find in a normal game has been sliced off and sold back to the player.

Additional production slots? Gems
Speed up production? Gems
Buying missing items needed for territory expansion? Gems
Sending out trade ships without making the items? Gems
Auto completing a monument? Money
VIP that also makes the basic resources auto build? Money (Only 7 days for $5. Make sure you renew for compounding effects! Disgusting)

This makes any of the competition complete BS. You can almost watch in live time as someone jumps 10 points every ten minutes when shipments alone take 10-20 minutes for items to be created. The only reason I even have played this as much as I have is because I work at home so I can queue items up and work for a while, then send those items wherever. For anyone else? There's a better use of your time.
