I want some MILK has Collectibles!

Huge Bug for all seasons

Hello Collectibles players and Developers

I logged into the game to see all Achievements badges and Score for all seasons reset
I've been playing since Season 1 and never cheated once and never used bots in my life.
I don't know if this is just me or everyone else at all.
Maneki-Neko's score was past 7k now it's 5,166
Wild-smile was past 22k now it's at 12,001 with 5,120 clicks no badges shown nor for collecting all smiles
Cube has a few bugs going for it.
1) Nothing is shown while clicking season 3 cube.
2) Clicking packs for season 3 doesn't show but still there
3) trying to craft/burn doesn't show any icons but blanks but still burns and crafts
My main concerns is my score for myself and maybe others.
I've bought a few hundred packs for each season and burned a good bit of them trying to get on top of each season. Did Y'all reset my account or is this a bug?
If Y'all reset my account I never cheated once and don't know why this is happening...
If this a bug, would all my scores be fixed and go back to it's original stats even counting all burn cats/smiles?

Still love this game but if all the problems isn't fixed I'd be done with the game...

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We are truly sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing, and we want to assure you that we did not reset your profile. However, with the recent update introducing pins that replaced seasonal and EVO-achievements there is some change in the calculation of total score. This change might have affected your score, but your progress has not been intentionally reset or altered by us.

Regarding the bugs you are encountering in the Cube season we would appreciate any additional details you can provide so we can address these issues more effectively. We want to ensure that your experience with the game remains enjoyable, and your feedback is incredibly valuable to us.
