In some markets is not in usd currency, so they buy for less than you can see

Maybe in X years these 1 cents will become more expensive on the STEAM Market like CS=GO Boxes used to be.
e.g. 1 cent box in 2012 now 2024 $1 = $3

Very few people buy them relative to the supply. Right now the 100 dollar is way too cheap so buying that instead would make a lot more sense, probably even if you live in a country with very low value currency.

actually, what they're doing is tricking bots from richer countries... i had a glitch that showed me the prices in another country. the lowest prices were nowhere near 3 of their smallest currency. rich bots are being tricked into buying them because it's "cheaper" than 3 of their own currency... even though they still have to pay the 3 pennies they think they're getting a deal

I knew about bots getting tricked into buying things, but that is a very smart reasoning for what value they have on the market. I guess the market still benefits the creator pretty well in that case.
