Game doesn' start?

Thought i'd ask cuz it's apparent to me that Inti Creates' favourite Nintendo console was the Gameboy Advance, and the trailer definitely seemed like the localization direction was trying to go for that Early 2000s era of anime localization, which admittedly was really not that great of a time. Sure, modern anime dubbing isn't that great either, but I feel like you can tell the difference between a dub in current year and a dub from 20 years ago....

Can't figure out how to dodge attace when final boss say "YOU CANT DODGE THIS ATTAK" What button should i press? I cant understand
