Any news? Updates? or did the dev left the game to die

Initially had no problems when I first started playing. Now the mushroom conveyor keeps taking my large baskets and not returning them. Occasionally I will find one that came out of the conveyor randomly overnight but I have lost about 4 baskets now, and the supply at the shops is limited. Anyone else having this issue?...
