Event tickets if you only have base game
Can event tickets be earned from anywhere else other than the current high isle Breton area if the dlc is not owned. Any tricks to be had?
Earned not purchased.

Nope. You need access to one of the following:
- High Isle chapter
- Firesong DLC
- Ascending Tide dungeon pack DLC
- Lost Depths dungeon pack DLC

OP I think best course of action would be buying 1 month of ESO+ for this event. Save the 1650 crowns incase you need it on another DLC event in 2025.

Every event just exists to sell something. The game is about micro transactions more than quality. Hope you are able to see that.
