BGs are a terrible mode and do nothing besides expose how bad PvP is. You know BGs are bad when you can do better fighting a ball group in Cyro instead of fighting some of these "random" players.

Ever been in a low level BGs with tryhards in legendary gear? Yeah, might as well quit out since they are god-like compared to you.

Sounds like PVP in any MMO. It's always a gear check, and no skill is involved until the gear checks are equal. And if you didn't bring in any consumables, then you may lose for that too.

Anyway, the PVP is alright; not much different than WoW. I consider MMO PVP to be bad in general, because it is always unfair until every check is met, for the record. But as far as MMO PVP goes, it's fine.

I understand that. I'm a total noob when it comes to pvp, but I guess I'd just like to be able to somehow hint to the game that " I'm not AFK, but just can't do anything because I'm 3/3 dead."

Deathmatch is fine, it's the new 2 team system that was designed by a complete retard.

I "like" it when I can't do a task because there aren't enough players. When I get kicked out for supposedly being AFK. It's even better when you come across hysterical people who start insulting you if the team loses. Believe me, I don't want to be here either. I want to take my medal and never think about it again.
Sometimes, I wish this game had a rating, so that such "cyber cutlets" could fight only with the same "cyber cutlets". I want to stay in my noob team and not waste my nerves.

BG has never been balanced ! ... CP 2000 players create a new character and at level 20 this character has the best gear improved to gold and is placed in combat exactly the same as a first time noob that hasn't got a single CP point or any decent gear ! .. and in that group you might well have a vet PVE player that has little PVP or battlegound experience who is simply trying to learn ! .. Of course most people never get to be one of the top tier players , because they get bored and go play something else , or like me ignore BG and imperial city altogether ! .. I have no axe to grind here as i am not really bothered if Bg and PVP doesn't work properly , I LIKE PVE .. But i will admit that if the PVP parts of the game had better balance ? i might well play them a bit more !

The point is that it's a lot MORE unbalanced with 2 teams than it was with 3.
That and it creates spawn camping and one side just going AFK with the other side having nothing to do either.

It's just all-around a giant downgrade compared to 3 teams.

We literally couldn't leave the spawn because the other team had climbed up on the hill and were killing us. You respawn only to get killed right away. It's so "fun" that people just leave.

This sounds absolutely broken. You should not be flagged as AFK while dead waiting on the ground.

They should either increase the allowed time to be "afk" if you die 3/3 or remove it for deadmatch completely.
