Koyo Spiders

I've finished the main story but I'm still missing 1 more Koyo spider! I just can't find the little bugger! Any hints to their locations so I can narrow my search would be much appreciated!

The castle town?

So I beat the game but I was never able to enter the castle town. I can see that little shine effect that indicates a separate zone, but the guards don't ever let you in. Was this place never implemented or am I missing something?
