Have been a big fan of Summer Scent even before it made it to Steam. TL;DR: This is a top-tier, story-focused AVN with fantastic visuals and over 15 routes leading to hours and hours of content and achievements.

The story within Summer Scent focused on Jack, our MC, and this time with a trio of ladies over the course of just over a week (maybe longer as development is still in progress). The beauty of the writing is how Jack, who is the primary narrator, changes depending on the path you are on. Each of the routes Jack truly becomes a different person and the interactions change as a result. Further there are consequences to the choices with some not so ideal ending, but that just makes this AVN stand out even more imo.

The Naughty Captain has been working in the medium for many years and his use of the tools to produce excellent visuals that help support the story is on point! He is a craftsman who understands the limits of the tools he uses but yet gets the most out of them. As a creator myself, it is humbling to see what he can do! Given the game is in Early Access, the Captain is continuous working to enhance the experience and won't settle for subpar renders or animations. Having seen his test animations on his Discord server I'm excited to see them added as development continues; they will only further enhance the experience further.

One of my all-time favorite story-focused AVNs out there. The Naught Captain's story telling is over the top and this AVN has hours and hours of content across all of its 18 routes. The way the Captain makes each route truly feel unique (with actions actually having consequences) and characters' personalities changing is a real joy. I have been playing this one for years well before Steam and Cap continues to deliver a fantastic story accompanied by gorgeous renders and LIs.
