Is Guild Wars currently lagging for anyone? I can play other online games fine but for some reason Guild Wars isn't working.

I have been playing Guild Wars since about 2006. Played this outside of steam. Can you link your ANET account to Steam somehow like you can with Guild Wars 2? Or would you need to buy this on Steam to get Steam hours and what not?

2nd play of NF but first time as Derv. Already sunk almost 40 hours since I made the derv last Monday when Sunspear/lighbringer Bonus started. I ended being on the island much longer than I thought, over did some areas like dojok cliffs and zehlon reach. Been questing hard, I like to complete everything that becomes available and save the XP reward so I got slow on getting off island. I really do enjoy every bit of NF, it’s where it all started for me. Beat NF once with Paragon like nearly a decade ago...
