Change in the difficulty
I start a new campaing, any of them, but the dificulty is "very easy" for default, i don't find a way to change it. There is a way or it' imposible?
Cuando inicio una nueva campaña, cualquiera de ellas, la dificultad por default esta en "muy fácil" y no encuentro forma de cambiar. Se puede cambiar de algún modo o es imposible?

It is not possible to change it. Only with mods and H3 doesn't have any mods.

If so, how can achievements be validated?

If you mean "complete 10 scenarios on xxx difficulty" you have to finish scenarios.
