Witcher 3 - My all time favorite game.
My top 2 best games ever played are Witcher 3 and Cyberpunk 2077.

Now I’m looking for a new game. What do y’all recommend? Ones that matches Witcher 3 fantastic story and exciting gameplay. Sort of like Cybetpunk. However I played that one already. Sure did enjoy it.

What would you play next?

Maybe Shadow of Mordor, or Shadow of War. The Last of Us is a fantastic game well worth playing, but it's nothing like the Witcher save for being story-laden.

Elden Ring. I love W3 and ER, but couldn't play either without a first-person mod.

AC Odyssey for sure man.

Turn off quest markers and a lot of the fluff that is on screen and just wander.

So many better games out there in terms of gameplay, combat, quest, and roleplay elements, sorry that your experience is so limited.

Mass effect ,forget all the other games. Mass effect.
I always found The Witcher to be the best single player game like you, until I discovered mass effect

First - Mass Effect Legendary
Second - Kingdom Come
Third - Greedfall

Of all the games I've seen listed here (above posts) or very similar, and that I have played:

1. Skyrim (similar in combat/magic, and large open world)
2. Mass Effect, and then Mass Effect 2 (good combat; and good story, moved along by cut scenes)
