If you mean the balls near the bridge then yes! They refill a bit after each beaten floor.

like boss floor? cause i cant get to the boss after the weird skeletons with arms so i havent beaten a new boss in a bit:steambored:

These don't seem to refill for me or it doesn't show.
I played several more rounds, even getting to floor 14, but the bar still shows no progress. It's just a black bar.
