No idea what happened to you. But I was able to buy it with the 55% discount just fine in my currency.

I had the same problem in UK, only 25% off if I used the store page to add to cart, but got the full 55% off after I added it direct from my wish list.

The price actually shot up and got more expensive once the Autumn sale started.
This was in my cart too and I was waiting to see if it got much cheaper with the sale..

I saw that price change here in the US as well! it was 27$ before, and now with the autumn sale it's 31$. basically guarantees i'll never buy this thing unless it's dirt cheap from now on.

Here's what it says on the bundle page in case you missed it. Steam page might be bugged and hasn't updated yet. I was able to buy it with 55% discount just fine before the sales.
