Should you have a suggestion or a problem and wish to contact us, please follow these steps:

• To contact gamigo EOS support, please go to https://support.gamigo.com/.
• In the top-right corner, select your language.
• In the top-left corner, click “Send a ticket” and find “Echo of Soul (Aeria Games)” in the games list.
• In the Contact Form, fill in all the information in the newly opened form, and provide detailed description of the issue in the field “Your message”. (Please remember, the more accurate information you provide, the faster we can resolve your problem)
• When you are satisfied with your ticket, answer the Captcha verification and hit the “Send” button. Congratulations! You have now submitted a Ticket as an email into our Customer Support system.
• The confirmation e-mail after submitting a ticket, as well as any replies we send afterwards, will arrive to the inbox of the e-mail provided by you in the form.
Please make sure this e-mail matches that which is registered to your Aeria Games account.
• To send a reply to us, simply answer our e-mail, there is no need to create a new ticket.

Guardian -Stormguard: Wind Calibration grants +20% CRIT ACC.
Guardian - Earthguard: Stone Skin grants +20% DEF for 10 seconds.
Warrior - Berserker: Reduces cool-down time of Battle Trance by 20%.
Warrior - Protector: When being attacked, there is a 10% chance of triggering -40% received DMG from the next enemy attack.
Rogue - Duelist: 50% chance that Shadow Drain will activate Critical Aim.
Rogue - Assassin: Use of Injurious Insult regenerates 10 Stamina. Effect activates once every 1 second.
Sorceress - Firemage: Recover 200 Mana when Phoenix Ring hits target.
Sorceress - Icemage: Reduces cooldown time of Icy Surge by 20%.
Archer - Huntress: Reduces cooldown time of Suckerpunch by 35%.

Phoenix Coins Event

Are you ready for some shiny things? We were, that's why we're introducing this new event in light of our upcoming Phoenix Update!

Event Period: July 5, 2017 until August 9, 2017

Collect Silver and Gold Phoenix coins for the upcoming release of the Phoenix update! These coins will be redeemable once our phoenix update comes. You cannot use these coins in the Wrath of the Goddess. Based on the amount of coins you collect, you can redeem them for the following prizes in EOS: Phoenix when released:
-> players who gather 94 Golden Phoenix Coins will receive automatically a permanent Phoenix pet and Phoenix title for Echo of Soul: Phoenix.
-> players who gather 277 Silver Phoenix Coins will receive automatically a permanent Phoenix pet for Echo of Soul: Phoenix.
Additional rewards are sent for collected coins. So let us surprise you!

Every day, NPCs spawn on all servers, where 1 player can interact with these and gain 10 Silver Phoenix coins. So keep your eyes open for announcements about the appearance of this NPC in the game. The appearance of the NPC changes depending on where he is spawned.

In May 2015, Echo of Soul was released in Europe and North-America for our greatest pleasure! It’s time to celebrate the 2nd anniversary with a special Pori Quiz Event! Do you know everything that happened during those two years? Answer the Poris, prove your loyalty and win awesome rewards!

• The event is taking place in Bernicia, next to the central fountain.
• Mr. Stakes provides a repeatable quest that consists in answering correctly questions about Echo of Soul history. Complete the quest, earn the OX Quiz Coin that can be exchanged for different rewards from NPC Mr. Stakes.
• Special achievements are available in-game and unlock unique titles once completed.

• NPC Poriddler appears every two hours in-game to ask a question to the Soulkeepers in Bernicia. Players have to stand on the correct panel to provide their answer, a blue circle (o: for yes) and a red cross (x: for no).

• Rainbow Eggs can be obtained from any monster. However, killing low level monsters (monsters that do not give you experience points) will lower the probabiliy of finding them.
• Collect 10 Rainbow Eggs for Grandpa Chichi to receive a Magic Egg Easter Basket.
• If you open a Magic Egg Easter Basket it will give you a random amount of Magic Eggs and maybe a special gift.

• Ninja Magic Lamp brings you the Ninja costumes, Mammoth mount and Spider pets!

• Doomspire Keep skipping bug has been fixed. The NPC you summon with a specific room scroll will be the only one appearing when using that scroll. Additionally, when using a lower or equal level scroll of the room you have already unlocked, Doomspire Keep will remove the NPC completely, and you will have to reset the dungeon to be able to enter again.

• Aphostion's Nightmare server first titles have been fixed and are now not the same as Aphostion's Parapet! For everyone who already triggered the achievement, the title will be sent you at a later date by our team.

• Legendary Hunter Achievement's title has been corrected to display as Legendary Hunter.



• Full Magic Egg Basket is not giving any extra item. It is a description issue that will be fixed at a later date.

• NPC Annie says "Combining ten of them will reward you with a Spring Festival Coin". It should say that when you combine 10 of the letters you will receive a Spring Festival Box, which will in turn give you a random amount of coins.

• Spring Event Letters have a broken description. This will be fixed at a later date.

New Raid: Aphostion's Nightmare (10 or 20 Players, Normal 1494+)

Mina is back in town, and she needs your help to defeat Riggan once more! This new, harder version of Aphostion's Parapet can be accessed by accepting the pop-up quest in Bernicia and following the questline. Smart Matching will be available for this raid. Gear dropping from bosses is level 190.

Ironfire Mountain Changes

Due to requests from the community, we've changed how Black Goat's Energy Fragments are distributed in Ironfire Mountain. Instead of winning all fragments from the last boss, you'll receive the same amount of fragments, but divided between all the bosses in the raid.

For example, if you kill every boss, you can possibly receive 1 fragment + 1 fragment + 3 fragments + 7 fragments + 13 fragments (approximate values).

• Raid Support Event (December 14th - January 25th) - An NPC will now be at the entrance of the Ironfire Mountain raid to sell discounted healing items. It's time to complete the raid if you haven't done so already, or take on the Hero version of the raid if you're prepared for it.

• Raid in Smart Matching - Ironfire Mountain has now been added to Smart Matching.

• Changes to Doomspire Keep - Based on player feedback, we've changed the rewards for Doomspire Keep. Please note, however, that the difficulty of the dungeon has not been modified due to the fact that players can now obtain better gear from the Ironfire Mountain raid. Also, players now have more resources from Doomspire Keep to increase the experience on their gear (high-level gear/Superior Appraiser's Enhancers/Optimizer). Here is a complete list of rewards:

• Christmas Magic Lamp - Win the most popular mounts, pets, and costume sets from previous seasons—as well as many other useful items—inside this Magic Lamp!

• Cash Shop Updates - New items in the in-game shop!


• 2 Christmas items used for quests (Snowball and Rudolph Trap) have no text for the use effect.

• Grandpa Chichi can only teleport you to Ignea, if you want to leave the Christmas Map.

• The pop-up quest when Soranus appears has a mistake. It is a repeatable, not a daily quest as the title suggests.

Leveling Event

That's right! This event is back! What's more, it will stay in game permanently as you've requested.

If you haven't reached Lv.70 already, don't worry! This event will help you level up your characters faster and give you cool rewards to boot.

During this event, certain quest objectives will be reduced. For example, if you needed to kill 12 monsters, now you may only need to kill 4.
Every 10 levels, you'll receive a Gear Pack in your mailbox with gear for your class.

After rescuing Mnemos, you'll receive a New Soulkeeper's Blessing - 30 Days, which gives you ATK/DEF +3%, EXP and Gold gained +100%, and Hero Badges gained +30% (Note: This cannot be stacked with Levina's Blessing or Chocolate Hearts). The buff lasts for 30 days, but if you want to delete the buff, you can right-click the icon and it will disappear. Be very careful, as we can't restore the buff if you delete it.

Alongside this buff item, you'll also receive a pack with seven Swift Growth jewels (Note: These jewels can't be enhanced or traded).

- Swift Growth Ruby x1 , equivalent to a +12 Dull Ruby
- Swift Growth Jewels x6 (all other types), equivalent to +10 Dull Jewels

Once you reach Lv.55, you'll receive a pack in your mailbox with seven Wild Growth jewels (Note: These jewels can't be enhanced or traded and are equivalent to +8 Lucid Jewels).

Once you reach Lv.70, you'll receive a Max Level Pack in your mailbox. This contains the following:

- Vivid Jewel Booster Pack x1 (gives seven +5 Vivid Jewels—one of each type)
- Digestant x10
- Chocolate Heart x10
- Hearty Beef Curry x40
- Courageous Elegant Support Equipment x1 (from Episode 1.5)

After reaching Lv.70, you'll also be able to speak to the NPC Elijah in Bernicia, Ignea, or Redvale (near the warp portal), who'll give you an additional Vivid Jewel Booster Pack.

During the event, the following changes will also take place:
- You'll be able to enter the Lv.61 Solo Dungeon, Aedis Infernum (Normal), immediately upon reaching Lv.60.
- You'll receive special EXP items when completing Solo Dungeons near your character's level.
- You'll receive a special EXP item when you win a Battlefield between Lv.1 and 69.


Dimensional Rift Event (Deactivated)

Update: This event had to be deactivated due to technical issues.

This new event takes place in the two Lv.70 Infinite Hunting Grounds (The Hintervale and Sunset Vale). Dimensional cubes will spawn in The Hintervale and Sunset Vale 4 times a day for 1 hour.

When you manipulate these boxes, 1 of 3 things will happen:

1. A monster will spawn! It's a Dimensional Sweeper! He, together with his minions, will try to kill you! If you manage to defeat him, you'll be rewarded with a Piercing Elixir (Party).

2. A monster will spawn! It's a Dimensional Gatekeeper! He will try to kill you. If you manage to defeat him, you'll be rewarded with 5 Magic Eggs.

3. A chest will spawn! It contains a treasure box which gives 1 random item from this list:

- 08:00
- 14:00
- 20:00

PvP Battlefield Event (November 23rd - December 14th)

Pop into Bernicia, Ignea or Mnemos, and look for the NPC Lloyd, who will give you 2 quests for the event!
- One of the quests will be a daily to complete the Battlefield 3 times. Beat this quest to win 75 Courage Fragments!
- The second quest will be repeatable, so you can accept it as many times you want. To beat it, you will need to activate the new special energies in the Battlefield 5 times. Do this, and you will receive 5 Courage Fragments!

The Battlefield can be a daunting place, but if you act bravely, victory will surely be yours! There are energy points located all over that will give you a random buff or debuff. Try them out, but be careful—they're not all friendly. They can raise or lower your speed, hurt your HP, or even cause damage to others around you. Go check out what the buffs can do!

Now, you may be wondering—what are these Courage Fragments you keep talking about, anyhow? Well, when you get 20 of them, you can right-click on them and - *POOF!*- they'll transform into a Courage Box! This box will give you a random item! Check out what you could win!

Gem Enhancement Event (November 23rd - December 14th)

This event is also a repeat, but new exclusive achievements have been added just for this version. Every player who successfully enhances vivid jewels from +6 to +7 will receive an additional +7 vivid jewel, as well as a Superior Safeguard for that level. The same goes for enhancing vivids from +7 to +8. You'll receive an additional +8 vivid jewel and a Superior Safeguard for that level.

There is 1 achievement per jewel type (1 for the +7 ruby, another for the +7 onyx, etc.), which means you will only receive rewards the first time you successfully enhance each grade/type of jewel. Players who have already completed these enhancements in the past will not automatically have the achievement—they will need to complete it again to receive the reward. The reward is tied to the completion of the new achievement and not to the enhancement itself.

Note: This event will run from November 23rd to December 14th. The achievements will no longer be obtainable after the maintenance on December 14th.

Misc Updates

• Halloween quest items and quests are removed.



• Gear score issue with Secret accessories (Ring, Earrings, Necklace, and Bracelet) has been fixed. The new gear score required is 1448.

• The Issus daily quest now appears in the correct quest book section.

• The raid event quest for the Black Regal Goat now appears in the correct quest book section.

• The icon for the Sorceress' Jack-o'-lantern Hat from Halloween is now fixed.

• Oktoberfest Pork Knuckle's description now correctly says the 1h duration.

• Achievement names for the new pets have been shortened.

• Blessed Conversion Scrolls's descriptions have been corrected to say "convert 10 items" instead of "convert up to 10 items". The 100 items version of the scroll has also been fixed.



• In the in-game shop, all Magic Lamps are just called "Magic Lamp". You'll have to hover over the item to be able to see which season it is.

• Grey Wyvern's entry in the mount registry still says "Angry Wyvern".

Halloween is just around the corner! It's the time of year for mischief, mayhem, and spooktacular decorations! We want to bring all players together, both old and new! Read up on what this event is all about!

Initially, a pop-up quest will take you to Bernicia, but you can also speak to the NPCs located next to the Warp Portal in all cities. They will be happy to send you to the main city!

In Bernicia, you'll receive a variety of quests which award Halloween Coins. Some are daily quests, some are repeatable.

The first one you should tackle is [Event][Repeat] Commence Creepiness given by Granpa Dewey. This awards you with a 1-hour Jack-o'-Lantern Hat, which you'll need to be able to complete some of the other quests. ;)

Here are some of the other quests:

• [Event] [Daily] Trick or Treat! given by Grandpa Dewey awards you with 3 Halloween Coins (you can only complete it if you're wearing a Jack-o'-Lantern).
• [Event][Daily] Halloween Gatecrasher given by Kalyx awards you with 1 Halloween Coin and 1 Soul Fragment (you'll need this for another quest).
• [Event][Daily] Sinister Summoning given by Terry has 2 parts and awards you 7 Halloween Coins in total.
• [Event][Daily] A Pale Plea given by Malkin awards you with 1 Halloween Coin.
• [Event][Daily] Peculiar Pumpkin Pie given by Tina awards you with 1 Halloween Coin and 1 Peculiar Pumpkin Pie. This pie will give your character a very cool effect!
• [Event][Repeat][Cooperative] Who You Gonna Call? will pop up when the Kostus monster appears. It awards you with 1 Halloween Coin.

The monster Kostus cannot be killed with normal weapons. You'll need to throw candy! You can get the candy from the pink boxes stashed all over Bernicia. The boxes also have some other surprises inside! ;)

What can you do with all these Halloween coins? You'll be able to buy special items from the Halloween Merchant, Kranol:

• Halloween Jack-o'-Lantern Box - Gives you a Jack-o'-Lantern Hat - 30 Days for your class.
• Frankenstein Pori Box - Gives you 5x Frankenstein Poris, which give you an HP buff for 10 minutes when summoned!
• Jack-o'-Lantern Pori Box - Gives you 5x Jack-o'-Lantern Poris, which give you a gold buff for 10 minutes when summoned!
• Ghost Pori Box - Gives you 5x Ghost Poris, which give you a Move SPD buff for 10 minutes when summoned!
• Poltergeist Prank Potion Box - Gives you 5x Poltergeist Prank Potions. Each gives you a random buff for 5 minutes.
• Halloween Pumpkin Pie - Food item.
• Gourmet Spooky Cookies - Gives you a DEF boost for 1 hour.
• Soul Orb
• Mystical Profession Tokens

Note: Be careful with the event buffs such as those given by the Poris and the Prank Potions. They will not stack, but will be instantly replaced if you activate a second one. You should also be careful not to right-click the buff, as that will cancel it.

Finally, there are some achievements for this event! You can get 3 new titles by completing the following challenges:

• Title: Zombie - Eat zombification candies 50 times.
• Title: Ghost Buster - Defeat Kostus (Halloween monster) 25 times.
• Title: Candy Consumer - Complete the Trick or Treat quest 7 times."

Have fun and don't eat too many sweets! ;)


Finally, you have the chance to brave the depths of Ironfire Mountain and defeat the mighty Boros! Are you up to the challenge?

You can enter Ironfire Mountain directly through the portal in Orric Ravine (Novisk region), or by talking to the Raid Teleporter NPC in Bernicia.

Completing the raid could reward you with Boros' Golden Crown. This extremely rare item will initiate a quest line leading you to a legendary PvE weapon (Lv.193)! Server-first raiders for Hero mode will get this item as an achievement reward. Good luck being the first to defeat this empire of evil!


With the start of the new raid comes a new raid event!

During this event, you can get a quest from the Raid NPC in Bernicia. Once you have the quest, you'll receive the following number of Black Goat's Energy Fragments every time you complete the raid:
• Normal mode gives 20 to 30 fragments
• Hero mode gives 30 to 40 fragments

Once you have 1,000 fragments, you can complete the quest by speaking to the Raid NPC again. Your reward? A Black Regal Goat mount!


• Due to the introduction of better gear, the difficulty of the Doomspire Keep dungeon has been adjusted for all stages. Do you think you can reach the new floor 50?

• Doomspire Keep Coins will start dropping from room 16 on, and new gear (Lv.184 and 187) has been added to the higher levels. The number of coins available on each floor has been adjusted as well.

• The Doomspire Keep Gift Boxes that you can buy with these coins now cost 1 coin instead of 4.

• The reward list for Doomspire Keep Gift Boxes has been updated with new items.

• The Doomspire Keep entrance system has been revised. All players now start on floor 1 and can progress through the dungeon floor by floor. To access specific floors directly (floor 6, floor 11, floor 16...), you will need Doomspire Keep Access Scrolls, which can be obtained on certain floors of Doomspire Keep, in Doomspire Keep Gift Boxes (that can be purchased with Doomspire Keep Coins), in Party Dungeons (Hero mode) from Episode 2, and the Ironfire Mountain raid (Normal/Hero modes).

• Doomspire Keep Access Scrolls work for the entire party (one scroll per party) and open the corresponding floor until the instance is reset. If two players use different Doomspire Keep Access Scrolls (for example floor 11 and floor 36), only the highest floor will be available (floor 36). If a floor is already unlocked (for example floor 36) and that another player uses a lower level scroll without resetting the dungeon (for example floor 11), the scroll will be consumed and floor 11 will not be available (only the highest floor unlocked remains available until the next dungeon reset). If you wish to access another floor, we encourage you to reset the dungeon and use the scroll of your choice.

• Regardless whether you have Doomspire Keep Access Scrolls or not, you can still participate in the content without any entry limit. You will, however, have to start from stage 1 every time the instance is reset. Save your scrolls for when you feel confident enough to use them with your party!



• The Spooky Magic Lamp has arrived! Check out the new mounts, pets, and costumes.

• New items in the in-game shop!



• The Valhalla Event will remain in game permanently, but the developers are open to changing the rewards based on community feedback.

• The Oktoberfest Event is over. The map will be closed and all players kicked. The Quests and quest items will be removed from each character. However, you can still use your coins at the merchant, who will remain in game (in the cities) for another week.

• 2 new pet achievements were introduced.



• The Big Nose Glasses item from the Robotic Magic Lamp (Tradable) has been fixed and can now be traded.
• The Boss from Woods of Chaos that did not reset after a party wipe has been fixed.
• Oktoberfest Pork Knuckle now has the correct description for the buffs.



• Oktoberfest Pork Knuckle's description has been fixed, but it still says 2 hours, when it should say 1 hour.
• Achievement name for the new pet achievement is too long.
• All hats from the halloween event are pumpkin heads. However, the icon for the sorceress hat looks like a witch hat. This is a bug. The appearance of the hat is of a pumpkin head like the other classes.
• Doomspire Keep Access Scrolls can be used (but have no effect) if a higher level room is already open. This will waste a ticket, so be careful!
• The Premium Buff in the cash shop can only be bought once per character, but this information is not visible in the shop.

Episode 2.5 has been on the servers for a month now, and so far your feedback regarding the new content has been very positive. In particular, content exclusive to our version (the Moon Festival and Doomspire Keep) received high ratings from you in our polls.
As you may have noticed, a while back we started to gather feedback not only from our forum, but also on Facebook to give more players the chance to participate and make their voices heard. This is part of our ongoing effort to develop Echo of Soul according to your wishes and needs. It will help us to release even more future content tailored specifically to you. So please keep voting in the polls and sending us your feedback!

Korean Relaunch
Mr. Blue has officially announced the relaunch of Echo of Soul in Korea, as well as the release of Episode 3. We already assured you in our previous producer letters that Mr. Blue is committed to maintaining EOS and developing further episodes. This announcement should eliminate all doubts. We look forward to the new episode, and we'll share all information with you as soon as we receive it.

NA Server
Our decision not to merge the NA and EU servers did not go over well. We understand this reaction. It's not the quick fix many of you had hoped for. However, as we explained in the last producer letter, a server merge takes weeks and months of preparation, and it would not affect the underlying problems encountered by the majority of the player base. We ask you to have a bit more patience with us while we will improve the situation by bringing more players into the NA servers.

Things to Come
Although we're looking forward to Episode 3, Episode 2.5 still isn't finished! We still have events and other content in the pipeline. While you're enjoying Oktoberfest (be it in-game or in real life) the next event is just around the corner. The Halloween celebrations this year will be much more extensive than last year. Look forward to a fully fleshed-out event, as well as some spooky decorations!
With the October update we will also introduce a new raid: Ironfire Mountain. Prepare yourself for some epic encounters… and epic loot!
