Added stats to sailors. they need to sleep now and they can die from hunger or thirst

Crew update
IMPORTANT; Crew system is not yet fully finished - need more animations, sounds, every crewman will have stats like strength, morale, skills in sailing. steering ship and others,
currently they need food water and 20$ per day
I released this update early because it contains important fixes and I couldn't wait more.

Hire crew in tavern, (you can still manage ship alone if you want)
