I bought it on Gamefly. Does that count or only specific purchases on Steam?

I have it my list but I do not have the receipt (it shows up as a retail purchase). Am I being haunted by the eye of the bird?

I never save any e-mails from Steam. How do we go about getting this some other way? Will they send it to us again somehow? Actually not even sure I bought this on Steam either. Shows up as "Retail" in my account purchase list, which means I put in a key most likely rather than buying from the Steam store itself.

Along with Tito, I also don't save the emails from Steam. Is there any other verification method being supported? I've thought about getting Premium access as well, and getting a discount would be really awesome.
