Go to the game in your library, right click it and select Properties. Then go to the Local Files tab and click Browse Local files. Everything should be in there in the Music or Sounds folders.

EDIT: The sound files in Music are .ogg files so you'll need to get a converter to get them to .wav. I have no idea what kind of files are in Sounds.

I too require these sounds. The sounds that you hear in the airlocks as well as a few alarms that I really need. I've extracted the files, but the problem is I can't play them, nor can I convert them because every converter tells me they don't recognise the file.
