Unable to finish install due to VCOMP100.DLL

Hey All,
After installing the game and trying to launching it for the first time, I keep getting stuck with it trying to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 redistributable on my Windows PC. Not sure why. Game is working fine on my Steam Deck. Running into the same problem when trying to run and install Amnesia The Dark Decent on my PC as well.

For some reason, the install manager for MVC++2010 keeps thinking I'm installing something else and won't install. I'm able to install/uninstall other things so I think it's just a bug in the installer. I've tried a variety of troubleshooting steps (Restarted my computer, ended the Microsoft Installer task in task manager, restarted Windows Installer in my services menu, uninstalled all my Visual C++ software and installed the latest package, tried installing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 redistributable outside of steam)

I'm a little lost as to what to do from here. Am I just SOL because the game is older and MVC++2010 isn't supported my Microsoft anymore?

Edit: I'm running Windows 11 (Latest version) - x64

Try installing through the links shown here in "8. (Windows only) Install Visual Studio runtime dlls"

Also, very unlikely you don't have it, but your system has to be 64 bit.

If it doesn't help I recommend trying to install a newer version of the redistributeables.

Unfortunately, this form post on the Frictional Games forum was posted back in 2017 and the links provided for the redistributeables don't work (They all lead to page not found web pages). I am on a 64 bit system, so that's not the issue.
