Sector Maps - Map Script
Hello Guys.

Been some years since i played last time and i really don´t want to explore all the sectors one by one again. So i´m searching for a script to show me all the sectors (galaxy map) and all the station inside these sectors. Please help me find one such script. I already searched a bit on sizewell and ergosoft but could not find any script that works.

Thanks for your help guys.

P.S. Yogis Satellitenscript and Teemetal.Satelittenscript dont work. The Game does not find these scripts ingame.

Although I found it somehow nice to explore again in my latest run I know exactly what you mean ;)

So I made a simple script package for several of such "not-again-tasks" some years ago (Link to my Dropbox[www.dropbox.com]). Most of the scripts should be self-explanatory (like a..map which does exactly what you are asking for) and there also is a small menu script with some brief explanations (a..menu). I think the most convenient way I implemented for quick usage of the package was to run a..init as soon as you are in the game and then look in the key bind menu for a respective entry where you can assign a hotkey to call the menu.

It's really been a while but I think I should be able to help in case of any questions or problems.

Hope this helps.

Thank you. Gonna test it early tomorrow and give you a feedback.

Yay!!! I just played and used the Map script :D it worked rly well and i like how you even integrated different options such as scan astroids, sat network and others!!

A really well written script so far! Thank you a lot.

Thanks for the nice feedback and you are very welcome ;)
This is a great addition, thank you.

for the noobs (like myself) I will add these steps:

1) copy all files to scripts folder
2) launch game and rename pilot to 'Thereshallbewings' (personal -advanced -change name). This enables the script editor.
3) Launch script editor by selecting (current ship - autopilot - command console) and selecting the script editor

3.1) Click script editor again.

4) In the list look for the a..init.xml script and run it by pressing the 'R' key. (use NULL) as the selected option.
5) Assign a keyboard key to the aa..menu found in the controls interface menu.
5) Press the chosen keyboard key and profit.
