Escaping from a grab only to almost immediately being regrabbed has ended so many runs

Sure, it makes you die in one or two hits at the start, but you can just simply make up the loss of hp with perks and upgrades that can increase your health, makes you resistant to damage (at the cost of not being able to break from a grab, which is not a big deal if you manage to get said health perks, and even then, it's only a problem at the very beginning of a run), ones that makes you restore health, and ones that makes the enemies less aggressive. I found that using both 1) the ribbon that increases damage to 500% while dropping health to 10% in adition to 2) the ??? ability of reducing damage 80% and max health create a bug when you switch characters, dropping their health until it becomes 1 hp (maybe because the 10% health penalty is applied everytime)...
