Look, I love having an all class aoe+heal. I'm just saying that it's so good on every class that people can time the effect to basically always have it active. It would be a really cool challange to play the character who can die only once

Right now, all you need to do is stun someone, and then you can immediately use fluxbolt + siphon leech to onetap someone in PvP in half a second. Heavy Melee's main niche is being able to capitalize off of stuns with heavy singular blows from it's charged attacks. I don't think anything should be doing it's job so much better that the whole weapon class's niche becomes almost irrelevant.
