The entire game is spread over two monitors and is zoomed in to one quarter of the game. WTF ?

Hi guys, I got a problem with the resolution. When you enter the game, the intro cut scene looks all zoom in. When you get to the main screen also look all zoom in. If anyone having this issue? Need help to fix this issue. Thank you

The UI for this game is seriously flawed. To the point of being unplayable. I load a game. I play. I press escape but rather than the regular menu I get an option saying "do you want to resume the game?" That makes no sense so I press escape again (hoping to get out of that menu). The game ends and I'm back at main menu, all progress lost......

when i start the game i can only see NO in my screen big red NO and the rest of the game are like out of my screen im using 2 monitors but alt + enter does not work at all im trying to find the file so i can maybe change the res but cant find it can some1 help me with this please....
