The game freezes every time shortly before the loading bar is finished before starting a mission. Anything I might be doing wrong? I verified the game's files, all in order. Any help, please?

I just picked this up and after download/installing, when I try and run it, I get the Failed to Start err. I have tried verifying my local files and deleted and re-download/installed with no success. Any tips or tricks?
