I bought all the Gensokyo orbs dlc does that mean I just never buy more gensokyo orbs ever again?

Why must this world be so cruel, one of the few enjoyable touhou fan games and ruined by legal ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I don't like how they're simply just color swapping pre-existing skins either and passing them off as new characters. I hope it's just temporary but man I do not like the direction this game is going with the characters now and crappy translation. And so much for grinding for and buying those skins with real money.. real spit in the face from whatever company or legal organization basically forced devs...

Usually there's some form of benefit to having multiple copies of the same character in gatcha games, such as being able to increase their base stats or max levels, which results in you not wanting to "break them down" into base materials if it's a character you use... I sort of assumed that would be the case here, that it'd factor into either Levelups, Breakthroughs, or Enhancement, but... am I understanding the UI correctly that this does not seem to be the case? That the only use is to "Delete" them for...

So I'm really impressed with the amount of work that clearly went into this game and wanted to make a token purchase as a show of support. I'm having trouble figuring out how to do that though? When clicking on a bundle in the shop in-game, then clicking "Not purchased", it says "Unreleased" in a notification... my best guess is that maybe the DLC isn't available yet/in my region or somesuch? I just sort of wanted to check here to confirm if that's the case, and not that I'm simply missing something...
