Is Bossa Studios cashing out and closing their doors?

If so, is WA a non viable asset for sales, and will it possibly have the non-SpatialOS assets releasable as open source?
Could the Island Creator be made open source as well?

It would seem that letting these get tossed into the waste-bin would be a tragic loss.

I have contacted Bossa Studios for clarification on the tinyBuild sale and an offer to purchase the Worlds Adrift IP if it was not included in the sale. I'll let you know if they respond.
