Is anyone else having issues?

I played a couple of days ago without any issues. Today when I logged in I encountered a black screen a few times. I had to exit thru the window key on KB and shut the game down thru steam. After several attempts it loaded but game play lagged so bad I exited game only to have use the window key on KB and stop the game thru STeam. I'm not sure what the issue is. My other steam games are operating fine.
