Bug with opening the door (E button)

At the moment when you and your friend are in the room and are searching for a further passage, you see a locker covered with blood, the door of which must be opened in order to get an object from there for further passage.

When you press "E", nothing happens (before that, the whole game works fine).
Environment: Macbook pro 2018, DreadOut 1

do you mind sending a screenshot because i dont remember where that is, so i can quickly hop in and see if its a problem overall or a specific problem with your system.

Ok im sorry for the very late reply did you Pick up the key for that locker? I remember that there is a prompt for it but nothing happens when you press it if you Do not have the key

i think we have no key
