press F1 in the game and look at which parameter is largest "ms" delay for you. Then go from there.

I'm on the same server with almost identical hardware, and also experience crazy input lag. It's severity is random between .5 seconds, all the way up to a full 5 seconds before any input registers. It randomly happens (during both high and low graphic intensity), and for completely random amounts of time.

Obnoxiously frustrating, as it almost always results in death.

No issues playing other games online, but I'm not a networking engineer, so I have no idea whats causing it.

Solution:
Option 1. go to graphics settings and set to High Performance which will switch to your GPU instead of Motherboard.
Option 2, Move your monitor cables from your motherboard to your GPU. This will fix for all games ot run from GPU instead of motherboard.
