Something a PoE 1 buddy of mine told me makes a lot of sense. PoE 2 is harder for PoE 1 vets than people new to PoE in general. People that lived and breathed PoE 1 are used to playing a Right Click simulator with sparkly effects to keep to brain happy. You hit the button, the screen dies. Rinse... repeat. PoE 2 just isn't like that and GGG is actively nuking builds that do just that. You can use a good build in PoE 2, but you as a player have to make it good, not the other way around (Which is how it worked in PoE 1. The build made a bad player good.)
It's not luck, you just have to pay attention and adapt accordingly.
His darts are in sync with the end of each voice line as far as I can tell. Just dodge at the end of each and you should get hit less.
Also in cruel this boss was so much easier for me then first time around LOL but you'll get there, we all get it these bosses can be frustrating as hell at times.
Really gets to you if you make a comment and people just go git gud as if everyone is a god tier gamer.
