I have Mac OS 10.9. I also need answer before buying. I honestly think it's our OS. I've played a couple games that are incompatible with Maverick.
Any help on this? I stupidly thought maybe as it says its compatible with mac it would work.

According to an email I received from the developer of the game, if you start the app directly from the steamapps folder, the game will run just fine.

There seems to be a bug in running the game directly from the steam client, and Tale of Tales is currently working on a fix.

We are looking into this. Running the game from ~/Library/Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/common/Luxuria Superbia/Luxuria Superbia.app works on our Mountain Lion machine but not on our Mavericks machine.

Please share your experiences so we can narrow down the problem and fix it swiftly.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Yeah, i'm having the same problem. I launch the app (either through Steam or not), and I get a dialog box to select screen res, windowed or not, and "superb" graphics or not.

No matter what I select, the app opens a black window and then hangs with the "waiting beachball of death" and the notice in the dock "Application is not responding."

I am running:
OS 10.9.1
Macbook Pro
Processor 2.5GH Intel Core i7
8 GB Ram
AMD Radeon HD 6770M Graphics card 1024 MB
and Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB
