Not yet. Even started over at the beginning. More info for you, I got all the new Achievements before they were on Steam. There was about a week I think that the Achievements were only in game, and that's when I got them.

Your success were already validated in-game. So it doesn't send the information to steam. You can try to reset your persistent data.
I'll look for an other way to push success to steam :-)
