Disable Camera bobbing and Unstable frame rate

I have the GOG version. It's disorienting that the camera wont stay still. Any way to disable it?

Also the frame rate is all over the place. I have a RX 6600 XT. Cutscenes run at like 10 FPS but ingame seems to be all over the place and the menu lags like crazy.

I would like to disable this horrible camera bob too. Still in 2024 no fix for this?

Create a hydraulic mount for your monitor which counteracts the in-game bobbing via real-time image analysis and stabilization.
