Game still has updates on the Steam history?

Like something was changed last month on the 23rd of July but why if the game hasn't been active since 2014? Just curious what these random updates mean.

Sadly, the change from 23rd of July seems to be a mass patch that affected thousands of steam games, aka not done on the DBO side.

The last updates we had that were actually for DBO were in May 2023 - at which point it looked like someone is getting ready to re-launch the game. But considering there were no further changes for well over a year now, it seems whoever has the rights to the title is not very interested in bringing it back afterall

that's too sad. i really hope the game will be restart.
