Game keeps crashing. Also getting blue screen

Everything was fine before i got to priest Antonio. Every few minutes the game either crashes, or i get a blue screen. During playing my CPU is at 100%. this has never happened to me on any other game. I even tried stetting every video setting to low and nothing has changed.

I have:
RTX 4090

i7- 14700k 20 core

z790 gaming x AX

32 GB

I exceed the recommended specs and the game runs at a consistent high frame-rate

It crashed right after the cutscene with Antonio here too.
Thankfully game loaded in his office on "continue"

That crash is the only crash i had. (at least i am almost completely sure it was). Then again im not on the 13th gen called 14th gen cpu (i7-13700).

Delete the cache. Possible the settings to do them again. Check that your CPU isnt borked.
